Right of rescission
printCostumers have the right of rescission from the contract of purchase in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within a week without the need of giving reasons. The deadline is determined by the point in time when this instruction has been delivered in writing. In order to meet the deadline, the timely dispatching of the rescission is sufficient.

Consequences of rescission
In case of an effective rescission, the services received and any resulting benefits have to be returned. If the customer cannot return the received services in total or just in a minor condition, he will have to pay compensation for it's value.
